The Warner Bros. Clean Air Club is a business resource group that encourages employees to rideshare and use carless modes of transportation. The program required ongoing budgetary management, member appreciation events, digital engagement, communication and content creation. The group had over 800 active employees and events like Bike and Walk to Work Day in partnership with the city of Burbank was a way to recruit new members. We used events to create content with the employees for an ongoing digital campaign to spotlight employee stories and bring attention to the robust sustainability initiatives at Warner Bros.
